Business Park Lighting Designers - Kenya

Our specialist business park lighting designers were delighted to be invited back once again to Nairobi, Kenya. This invitation was to advise on internal and external architectural lighting design.

This was by recommendation from Kenya's largest architectural practice Triad Architects. We had worked with this architectural practice 4 years earlier on the National Museums of Kenya project.

The project was for the second phase of an already established Business Park adjacent to Nairobi's race course.

Initial lighting works started with meetings with architects design team, engineers and landscape architects. Later this would also included various other interested parties including the property developers and tenants.

These initial meetings are essential to our lighting designers in order that they can adjust the designs to deliver on client goals and expectations.

One of these goals was to make the business park a place for young business people to congregate for lunch, drinks and evening leisure activities. Due to its proximity to Nairobi's race course it would become a new place to be seen at evening events & gatherings. Therefore the business park lighting design had to be striking to catch the eye from passing traffic on the busy main road.

Following these meetings our concept designs will be presented to the client for approval and comment prior to more detailed works beginning.

Architectural lighting design areas will include landscaping, water feature, existing buildings, interiors and exterior of new buildings.
